Hunting Serbia
Since May 2012, I’ve been regularly hunting in Serbia. One fine day, my hunting buddy Miodrag Jokic approached me and invited me to join him on a trip to the hunting grounds where the ruler of the former Yugoslavia, Josep Broz Tito, once had his hunting grounds on the Danube River. Since then, my heart has been in that place in Vajska Serbia.
Hunting Greece
Since my great Greek friend Achilleas Botsioglou arranged my Greek hunting license, which took quite some effort, I also hunt in the area in Greece – East Macedonia, namely: Soufliou – Didymoteichou & Orestiadas (Thourio)
Hunting France
One of my former colleagues at the Ministry of Defense, where I served 24 years as an Aspiring Warrant Officer, left the Dutch army. After a period of deployment, he moved to southern France, along the French Pyrenees, the natural border with Spain. Vincent Heinhuis has his hunting grounds there, near his hometown of Campuzan. I also go there regularly.
